The second window in the north wall of the chapel is devoted to the Resurrection of Our Lord. In the left panel, the Risen Christ appears to Mary Magdalene in the garden. The angel of the tomb and the three crosses of Calvary are shown in the background. The lower panel depicts Christ appearing to the Apostles. The round medallion near the top shows a Pheonix rising from the flames, a traditional symbol of resurrection and new life.
In the right panel, the Risen Christ breaks bread with his disciples at Emmaus. The lower panel depicts Jesus ascending into heaven as his disciples look on. The round medallion near the top shows a peacock, a traditional symbol of eternal life. The upper quatrefoil holds the symbol of the New Jerusalem and the white fleur-de-lis in the foliated border symbolize purity.
The window is a memorial to Evelyn Polleys Mason and was installed in 1953.
