The fifth window on the south side depicts the Seventh Beatitude, “Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God.” In the left medallion Christ stills the tempest on the Sea of Galilee. The right medallion depicts the conversion of St. Paul. Paul is shown seeing a vision of Christ while kneeling in front of his horse. Kneeling angels below hold golden wreaths, symbols of Christ’s triumph over sin and death.
The window is a memorial to Winifred Birrell Hendrickson and was dedicated on October 16, 1949.
