The second window on the south side depicts the First Beatitude, “Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
The left medallion depicts the Epiphany. Three kings, presenting their gifts, kneel before the Christ Child who is held by his mother. The right medallion depicts the Nativity. Joseph and Mary and the shepherds cluster about the Christ Child in the manger. Kneeling angels below hold doves, symbolizing the Holy Spirit.
The window is a memorial to Dr. Wilson Johnston and was dedicated on June 1, 1947.
