It can be tempting to spend hours exploring all that the digital media landscape has to offer.  But all that time online can distract us from important things in our lives off the internet, or make us feel tired, disconnected, or even irritable. 

It’s important to remember too that media companies make big profits off our attention and time. The time and attention you spend online every day make money for information and technology companies.
