It isn’t every day a circus walks into a real estate office looking for homes. But if you’re the Title Sponsor of the Trail of Magic, perhaps you should expect a few unusual clients. 
 
River Valley Realty knows these river towns better than almost anyone, so they got to work. One clown wanted an old farmhouse. Another dreamed of a house by the river. Someone needed plenty of acreage, and one particularly mysterious performer insisted on something historic... with absolutely no close neighbors. 
 
Before long, everyone had found the perfect home. Everyone, that is, except the clowns who still seem to be hanging around the office. They’ve filled three windows. One has even taken a seat at a desk.
