LILIUM

Lilium is the first of an on going series of abstract images derived from left over pieces of previous sculpture and architectural projects. First constructed as smaller Marquette's. The series has grown from those small experimental shapes, into large scale sculpture's that now have lives of their own. Lilium is an abstract flower based on the lily flowers. The use of the Corten material allows the sculpture to have a more organic appearance. The weathering steel is always changing with the seasons.
