CLEANER SHRIMP
Cleaner shrimps are omnivores and will clean parasites and dead tissue off of larger fish. In the wild, cleaner shrimp will set up a cleaning station in a location on the reef. They will let “client” fish know that the cleaning station is open by performing a rocking dance from side to side as the fish approach.
Our cleaner shrimp may clean your hands and fingers if you stop by their station.
Gently put your hand in the water and they will give you a shrimp manicure!

CRIMSON SEA STAR
The crimson sea star is a slow-moving echinoderm commonly found along rocky reefs and cold-water coastlines. Unlike many sea stars that feed on shellfish, this species primarily eats sponges by extending its stomach over the surface of its food to digest it externally. Its deep red coloration helps it blend into encrusting organisms on the reef, providing camouflage from predators.
