Early School Buildings

Early School Buildings:

Lake Alfred's first school building was erected in 1915 and sat just north of the railroad track on the east side of town. Prior to that, school was held in a church building on Main Street. The 1915 school building was used for only a few years.

A new brick building, pictured above, was built on Cummings Street in 1925 and was initially used for grades one through twelve.
