Three Pillars has partnered with Pink Teepee Farms and is working to grow our own mushrooms! The cabins are constructed from decaying trees. They are drilled and over 500 mushroom plugs are placed inside the wood to promote the growth of mushrooms. Mushroom Cabin #1 is constructed of oak and supports shiitake, maitake, and oyster mushroom spores. Oyster mushrooms are a good source of fiber, protein, and a variety of vitamins and minerals.
