2026 BungalowFest Home Tour - Centennial Celebration

Welcome to our 27th Annual BungalowFest Home Tour! 

We could not be more thrilled to welcome you to this year’s home tour where Historic Kenwood honors its 100 years of history with a Centennial Celebration. 

 

We are excited to showcase outstanding architecture that ranges in age from 97 - 106 years old and a high concentration of Craftsman Bungalows. This year the neighborhood is also launching a centennial plaque to commemorate many of the homes that were built in 1926  and before.  

 

Today, Historic Kenwood residents cherish the authentic, warm, and welcoming character of their neighborhood and wish you an enjoyable visit. Our architecture and history will show that our homes were built  for modest means. We celebrate “living small” in homes that meet our needs, while enjoying our neighbors with front porch conversations and an active calendar of association events.  

 

Whether you are attending BungalowFest for the first time, or are a regular attendee, you will enjoy this year’s tour highlights, set out below. As a neighborhood also of the arts, we will be featuring our new mural program that has had immense success in its first year. Historic  Kenwood is an authentic “community” in the very best sense of the word, and today, we are very happy to share it with you.
