The exhibit Nature, Energy, & Reflection features eight ceramic totems, each inspired by a specific location within the Dow Botanical Gardens, accompanied by peaceful guided meditations with breathing instructions.

Helen Hierta creates art that contemplates the natural world as a discovery on how the invisible becomes visible. Her hope for viewers is to gain an understanding of personal and collective consciousness, to sense how we share our world with all of life.
