Nicole was a serious portrait sitter and a serious fan of pizza. She read into this whole pizza box portrait thing far more deeply than I ever could have imagined. She even wore her pizza socks to her portrait session. All kidding aside, her dad worked in a pizzeria as she grew up, so pizza was in her blood, so to speak. She was so excited for her portrait that she told her colleagues at work she was going to get painted on a pizza box and they wished her good luck as the new Mona Pizza. She was lots of fun to paint and chat with, as were most all the portrait sitters for this project.
