The recent site restoration has re-fitted the old barn into a working bakery, office and storage space for stock and ingredients.
From the upper level, you can see the water wheel through a toughened glass on the floor.
Proceed down the stairs to view the bakery.
The bakery uses the flour produced at the mill to produce bread and other bakery products for the local community and uses traditional, slow-fermented methods to make bread.
After viewing the bakery, exit through the glass doors.
This completes the tour.
