7 Kabin

Watie gave me an extraordinary opportunity to be part of his 100 people project. Watie knew I played tuba and I told him that I would love to be 8 feet tall, but only if I could bring my horn.
Being the brilliant, creative, improvizational wizard Watie can be, he said GREAT!
Soo, here I am, a very large and somewhat uncharacteristic black man, with his tuba, sitting on a loveseat built for two. And I believe this is the best representation of who I am that I have ever ever seen. He captured the inside of my soul… The anger. The love for humanity. The disappointments in same. The existential angst and ultimately, some hopeful 5 year old embedded in there. Sort of like Waldo. All dat!
I am so honored to be part of this project.
