The Benois Madonna

The Benois Madonna (also called the Madonna of the Flower), is a painting with obvious affection shining from the face of the Madonna. This painting was named after the 19th-century artist, Leon Benois, who sold it to the Hermitage in Leningrad at the beginning of the century. It is widely accepted that this is an authentic Leonardo, though not all experts have been complimentary about it.
