Wild raspberries

Raspberry - Transplant Site

This is a cultivated transplant site for wild raspberries. Three Pillars is committed to increasing our microbiomes and making wild foods a part of our food source. Wild raspberries can easily be identified by its three or five compound serrated leaflets, prickly thorns, and, most specifically, the little white blooms that grow into tasty berries. This bush is found throughout eastern North America growing in thickets along roadsides and trails. Are wild raspberries good for you? Wild raspberries are rich in vitamin C, minerals, and fiber. These nutritious berries help boost the immune system, nourish the blood, and protect against heart disease and various cancers thanks to their many antioxidants.
