Kitchen

The kitchen update was done by this homeowner many years ago and did include a matching island that was removed when the hardwood floors were refinished in preparation for the sale of the home. The intact island is in the garage for the future homeowner if they decide they would like it placed back in the kitchen space. If not, the island will be removed from the home prior to closing. 

The island served as the breakfast area for the kitchen but the Bay window provides a perfect spot for a breakfast table or casual seating as seen here. The brand new stainless steel GE appliances complement the warm, antiqued cabinets, travertine tiled counter tops and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The garage facing window was the Seller’s favorite feature, providing visibility to the driveway and any activity happening outside.
