The Sacrament Gates

These gates are located on the side of the columbarium closest to the Annex, near the viewing deck. They symbolize the seven sacraments with the big two being in the center- communion (the chalice and bread), baptism (dove) surrounded by the other five- wedding (two rings), ordination (shepherd stick with keys), confirmation (shepherd stick with dove), unction (thumb-out fist), reconciliation of a penitent (kneeling person). It also includes a bull representing St. Luke.
