The 3rd image is World War 1, USS Tampa Escort Duty, Gibraltar, 1918.  This image is  of the USS Tampa in Gibraltar. During World War 1, the Coast Guard cutter served as an ocean convoy escort. The Tampa was torpedoed by a German submarine on Sept. 26th, 1918, after successful completing 18 previous convoy escorts.
