The Outdoor Scene

You should now be standing in front of the outdoor scene. This scene was built in 1987-1988 and around the back there are lodges and toilets. The picture is from Dundermarknaden 2019 with the artists Samir & Viktor.

The smoke sauna is nestled in the trees behind the scene. This smoke sauna had been in use in Tullingsås and was rebuilt at the outdoor museum in 1993. In a smoking sauna you smoke meat and fish, among other things. It is an old preservation method still used in our time.
